Forty Days of Light: Day Twenty Meditation

Even though differences are not blatantly observable, the earth's vibration has been stepping it up a notch. We are definitely in a different place than we were even a month ago. The changes can mostly be felt/sensed, although there are times when I am convinced I can hear a difference in the world's hum or see wobbles in what used to be more clearly defined space. The unseen begins to materialize before our eyes. The irony here is that we still want to question it. It's almost as though I am awakening from a dream, but the dream is becoming the reality.

My goal today is to begin to focus more on the dream state in order to turn the dream into reality. The dream state is the place we go on a daily basis to connect to Oneness. (One caution when listening to the following video. Listening with headphones can put you into the dream state! Make sure you are in a comfortable chair at home and able to dedicate time to this one!)

Allow our vision to become clearer with each passing day! We long to live in a higher realm of existence where we can be more than we are now. We strive to evolve into closer versions of our Higher Selves as we work in harmony with all of existence.

Forty Days of Light: Day Nineteen Meditation

Today it seems as though the veil I have always had to see through is dissolving. Somehow, things are easier to see. Earlier this morning, I was questioning an emotion I was feeling. I believe feelings/emotions are the Universe's way of trying to make you aware of the more subtle things around you. The feeling, more specifically, was the drop in my stomach which I associate with my fight or flight response. As I questioned it, I asked what I needed to know. I then saw a picture of a city skyline in my mind which sort of reminded me of Nashville because of a building that looked like what is fondly called the Batman building. Overhead, I saw two jet fighters streak by. Strange really--and very random information. Just an awareness. I did question it a little more and heard the words, "Watch the light." Still don't have any idea what it might mean. I'm guess I'm just putting it out there to see if anything comes of it.

I really do feel like vision is clearing in this 3D reality. I am wondering if maybe it will continue to unfog for the next few weeks, culminating in an epiphany of sorts. (Or maybe I'm just hoping?) What I do know for sure is that the energy is changing in some really big and powerful ways. There's a lightness as though the former heaviness has been lifted.

Source of light and knowledge,
We ask for Divine Intervention to remove what is left of the veil from before our eyes, that we may more clearly see the perfected world we wish to create. By grasping this vision, may we more clearly understand the part we each play in bringing this vision into reality. Allow us to see the Divine within each one as well as the Divine within ourselves.

Forty Days of Light: Day Eighteen Meditation

My focus this morning is on creation. Our bondage has been broken (although I notice they are still trying to convince us otherwise) and we now are free to create the world in which we want to live. Where there was once pain and suffering, we can now overcome with love and light. We can balance the world out through our own thoughts--our intention! Beauty can truly arise from the ashes!

I chose to listen to the music one one of my very favorite sound healers, Jonathon Goldman, this morning. This particular one reminds me of what I always think of as the music of the angels. (Best to listen to with headphones if you want the full effect of the brain entrainment!)

As you listen to the heavenly sounds, begin to picture the world you want to create!

We desire to rebalance the earth into one harmonious whole. Align our thoughts in Oneness, that we may begin to understand the perfection that already exists so that this perfection can manifest in our physical plane. As One, we can create the world of our dreams!

Forty Days of Light: Day Seventeen Meditation

And the walls come tumbling down!

My feeling this morning is that something HUGE has broken down! I have felt for years like many things were holding me back from being who I was meant to be. Today there is a feeling of lightness--as if all the barriers that used to overwhelm me are no longer in place. I feel a curious sense of freedom. I feel bigger. It's definitely a new feeling for me, but one I shall be happy to adjust to.

Assist me in this process of expansion and growth. I am no longer bound by the confines of my present world. I desire to use this newfound freedom to transform into the limitless creation I was designed to be!

Forty Days of Light: Day Sixteen Meditation

This morning, I heard the words "I am love" in my mind and managed to find this:

Listen as long as you want (with stereo earphones to take advantage of the brain synchronization) and tune into this frequency of love. This is the world we were made for. This is the world we are approaching! Still, it takes intention and effort to actually get there!

Help us to see, hear, touch, taste and be love in everything we do. It is only love that has the power to overcome all the heartache and madness in the world. We desire to be instruments of love so that we may bring about the healing the world so desperately needs!

Forty Days of Light: Day Fifteen Meditation

Because of recent revelations, I am attempting to become more comfortable within this newly expanded self. As I sit in reflection of all I am (and realize how connected I am to the Universe), I allow myself to envision and feel the expansion. I still feel some limits, but it continues to grow. This simple Oneness Blessing makes it easier for me to let my limitations go.

In the stillness, I sense how much I have allowed myself to be boxed up in this lifetime (and many other lifetimes). It is time to allow myself the freedom I have denied myself for so long. It is time to stop judging myself by how others see me and live my life according to how I truly am.

I ask for help in breaking down my own limitations and barriers that keep me from expressing the perfection that exists within. I am sorry for all those times I have allowed the barriers to hold me back from being who I am--please forgive me. Thank you for the opportunities I have to manifest this being in the world. I love you!

Forty Days of Light: Day Fourteen Meditation

Through the craziness that was Black Friday in America yesterday (No, I did not shop it. I worked it.), my reflection time has brought me some amazing insights. With all the changes in earth energies lately, I have been feeling so disconnected and out-of-touch with Source/God. What I realized yesterday (after reflecting with a fellow lightworker) was that the disconnect was totally an invention of my mind and not the reality!

What does that mean, you ask? Let me explain. A good friend asked me to intuit something in her behalf. As I have felt disconnected lately I wasn't sure if I was quite up to the task. However, this friend is very important to me and I knew I needed to try. As I began to meditate, I immediately understood that what I had interpreted to be disconnect was not disconnect at all! The shifting energies have been creating new space--new dimensionality--and I personally am not used to the changes yet! To put it in more visual terms, I have not yet begun to live fully in my new mansion. I am only occupying a few rooms of it!

We are coming to a time in history where we need to expand outward and explore our new surroundings. Change always makes you feel a bit unbalanced! Allow yourself to get used to this new energy so you can begin to enjoy it!

Lead us through the mansions already prepared for us. We have always known there is more. We ask for courage to explore them and expand in them. We wish to help others in this expansion process as well. Allow us to comfortably transition into the space in which we presently find ourselves.

As we continue to recognize our own innate power, we continue to follow the light--and our bliss. A glorious future is waiting to unfold for us, as long as we have the courage to find it!
