The End of Days

It is the last day of 2012. We are still around although the news is not good. School shootings. Al Qaeda. Dismal economy. Fiscal cliff. Hurricanes. Earthquakes. Cancer and disease. If we continue to look at conventional wisdom, it is a doom and gloom scenario. I've heard a great many religiously oriented people talking about these being the "end times".

The thing is, I'm not buying it! Yes. Many things in our world appear negative. There are even events taking place that could allow people to believe we are at the end of days. After all, ancient prophesy talks about such things. Still, I firmly believe what happens is our collective choice. I also happen to believe we have turned a critical corner in the search for truth.

So much of our world--our society--has been based on lies. These lies have been carefully constructed and arranged in order to make us believe the world has to function in certain ways. These ways are designed to benefit just a few instead of all--not the way I believe it was meant to be. These lies have been so prevalent in the past we just spout them off like second nature even though, when you look more closely at them, these same beliefs don't have a leg to stand on.

I believe more and more people are waking up to the lies every day. It is this waking up process that leads us all toward a more positive future. The hardest part of solving any problem is recognizing you have a problem in the first place. Once people are awake to the lies, they can work to change them.

The end of days is a series of words designed to make people fear that the way of life we have come to depend on will end. Honestly, the thought of life as we know it coming to an end is not a bad thing in my book. The lies, the tragedy, the heartbreak our world has become needs to end! Many of our lives will end if we allow all this to continue without intervention!

The "end" is not a bad thing! Something always has to end before we can have a new beginning. When we focus on the end, we have no future. Maybe it's time to focus on the beginning--a time we can rebirth ourselves and our world into a new, brighter creation!

Movie: 2012 Crossing Over, A New Beginning

Just wanted to share this brilliant new movie posted on Youtube (December 2, 2012) which presents a great deal of information on the planetary alignment/shift we are going through! It talks in great detail about astronomy, historic/spiritual traditions and how it all plays together to shift the energy of the planet and the people on it! I resonate with this so much. In fact, it all seems to fit exactly with what I have been writing about in this blog in recent months! Make the time to sit down and absorb the information contained within! It may just give you hope for the world!

The Veil of Forgetfulness Has Grown Thin

As I work through the busy-ness of the past week (ever since December 21st, 2012), I have noticed something really peculiar in my brief moments of quiet time. A great deal of information is becoming much more clear--information that takes a bit more psychic awareness to uncover. It's like the veil has thinned! What really intrigues me is that between work and family I have not had time to meditate on anything. Until the past week, it took me consciously "getting in the zone" or meditating to hear the voice of God/Source. Now, when I try to "get in the zone" it is pretty much instantaneous, and often I don't have to consciously meditate in order to receive much more clear psychic information!

I'll give you an example of what I mean. On Christmas morning, my husband got a text from a woman he used to work for wishing him a Merry Christmas. This same woman I have known (and liked) for years as I was at college with her and later attended church with her. In the past, I have been somewhat jealous of the close bond she shares with my husband even though part of the reason I married my current husband is the fact he is extremely faithful. The woman is also married and has been way too open about her friendship with my husband and much too friendly with me for me to suspect they are actually having an affair. On Christmas morning right after he received the text, instead of getting jealous I had a "knowing". The understanding was that my husband and this woman had been married in a former lifetime! For the first time, such a communication did not make me jealous. I understood the situation from an entirely new perspective--one that made perfect sense--and I was able to let it go!

Things like this have been occurring for me almost nonstop in the week or so since the 21st! I am so intrigued by the possibilities! I am also wondering if anything similar is happening to you? If you have any stories or thoughts, feel free to share them here!

Merry Christmas 2012!!!

It is just my husband and I this morning as I sit here and write this. My younger son is with his dad for the holiday. My older son will be over shortly so we can make the trek to South Carolina to spend time with my sisters and their families. My daughter and parents are already in South Carolina, so I will see them a little later. No snow in Georgia (a white Christmas is a rare occurrence in the South), but an interesting fog has enveloped us this day.

As I sit and ponder my life, I am indeed happy to be alive today! I've been able to raise three beautiful children. There are so many happy memories from Christmas's past! While it hasn't all been easy, I have learned a lot and grown from the experience. While the future is still uncertain, I look forward to taking on new challenges and responsibilities in the future.

Today, I wish each and every one of you a year filled with promise, new challenges, and new blessings. I do feel as though we have turned a momentous page in this history of the world! Let our Christmas gift to ourselves be the beginning of a new age--a new day of peace, love, joy and prosperity! We can do it!!! We just need to set our intention to create it!!! We all have the power within ourselves to BE the change we wish to see in the world. Drop all those barriers that stop you from BEing the person inside! Once you truly BEcome the person on the inside, your outside world will automatically change for the better!

The Day Before Christmas

I've always loved Christmas! The planning. The gift-giving. The baking. Getting together with my family (which has always been good for me as we all get along!). I even have a collection of Nativity sets I totally love! Still, as I get a bit older and my kids are grown and going their own ways, I find myself a little saddened by the changes.

The world is a much different place than when I was a kid (not to say it was perfect then--not by a long shot!), but then again I am not the same person either. I have been educated and tested by life in ways I had not even imagined. Many of my experiences have been downright tough, but I have been able to forge ahead and make some sense of it all.

Today is the day before Christmas. While much of the mystique of the holiday is gone for me, what remains is much more important. Family. Love. Communion. These are the things I look to as I do my part to heal the planet. I am thankful for the experiences as they have all given me the opportunity to bring my strengths, talents and creativity to the forefront.

In many respects, the day before Christmas is just another day. However, I now know that every day is a new day. Every day has the potential to bring about change for the better. Every day is the chance to start fresh and create something new and exciting. What will I choose to create today? As I contemplate family and love and communion I look forward to increasing my "family" circle and sharing this life with all. 

Of Starseeds and Missions

The energy of the past few days has been interesting, to say the least. Even though December 21st, 2012 did not bring the long awaited apocalypse, I do feel as though there has been a major shift in consciousness.

For me personally, I do feel my thoughts are undergoing big change! They feel much more free! I have been allowing myself to contemplate things I would never have taken the time to contemplate before--things I believed in the past were just too strange and unreal to "waste" the time thinking about.

I'll give an example. On the morning of the 21st, I set my alarm for 6:00am so that I could be up and meditating by 6:11am (which in my part of the world was the approximate time when our sun/solar system was set to cross the galactic plane). That morning, "getting into the zone" was really quick and easy--seconds instead of minutes to reach what I believe to be a theta brainwave state. Once I'm at that point, I usually just allow my mind to relax and try to sense what energy comes up around me. This particular day, my thoughts went to a subject it doesn't normally go to--my star family. Fact of the matter is, my mind doesn't really even believe in a "star family"!

What do I mean by a star family? There is a concept out there that many/most humans actually originate from civilizations light years away. They come here to earth to learn and experience life from a very physical, 3D perspective, and many of them come here with missions to help out on this planet we call Earth. People who come from the same system/star are considered a star family. I personally believe these are the people you end up "connecting" with in this lifetime. I don't enjoy thinking about these things because I have been taught in this lifetime they are not real! This has been a difficult idea for me to get over. Consequently, I have a tendency to avoid the concept.

Friday morning, the concept was coming to me! I kept getting that I was a "starseed" and that my place of origin was Sirius. (Interestingly enough, I got some confirmation on this a short time later while chatting to a very good friend on Facebook.) I was also more enlightened as to what my actual mission is this lifetime is. I am to be a healer, but this has many different angles to it. I am to help educate people about how they can heal themselves through the food they eat and through natural substances designed by the Creator. There will also be some political activism involved as I work to make it legal to cure ourselves through healthy food practices and to clean up the environment in general. There may be some individual counseling/healing involved, and I am also to develop my intuitive gifts to a much higher level to assist in all the above mentioned jobs. The thoughts are not exactly comfortable to my mind, but I guess I will have to get over that.

In some respects, it does seem my mind has been freed. It has been a curious and interesting feeling to say the least--to allow my mind to go places it refused to before. The future definitely contains some new and exciting possibilities! 

The End...And the Beginning

Today is the day for New Year's Resolutions!!! Make today count!!! Spend some time connecting to the Divine within so you can manifest the Divine in the world! BE the change you wish to see in the world!!! The world as we know it ends...and begins today!

Allow yourself some time today to picture the world of your dreams. Our reality is no further away than the thoughts we think! All change begins within!

Forty Days of Light: Day of Decision

Tomorrow marks the day when our Sun crosses the Galactic Plane and exactly aligns with the center of the Great Milky Way. As this astronomical event only occurs every 26,000 years, it does denote a day of some significance. The Mayans created a calendar based on it, the discovery of which has put the rest of the world into a tizzy for fear of the great calamity which could befall the world at "the end".

The thing about calendars is, they are all cyclical in nature. A calendar ends, only to pick right back up the next day to enter an entirely brand new calendar! Yes, the Mayans (somehow) knew about our Sun crossing the Galactic Plane and noted the event as "the end" of their amazing calendar.

I don't believe worldwide earthquakes are suddenly going to erupt and rip apart the world as we know it. I don't anticipate giant fiery asteroids crashing to the earth. I don't foresee another Ice Age quickly ripping through the planet or worldwide floods which would necessitate the use of massive ships to save a small contingency of the population.

December 21st, 2012 is a day like any other--notable in some ways because of its astronomical significance but still a day like any other. However, I do believe December 21st, 2012 holds other greater significance. I call it the Day of Decision because it is the first day we can decide how we want to create this bold new planet. Do we want to continue to destroy ourselves and Earth by the same old actions that lead to violence and poverty and disease and early death, or do we want to take new actions which lead to peace and abundance and health and rich life? Like any New Year's Resolution, tomorrow is our day to decide within ourselves what path we desire our world to take! To me, that does pose a day of great choice and the potential for great opportunity!

I invite you to join us tomorrow in meditation, to purposefully focus on embracing the light within and allowing it to connect with the light of every other person, animal, rock, tree, building, etc. on the planet. By connecting to each other and joining in the flow that is all life and intelligence, we can bring awareness into those actions we choose to take. The really cool thing about awareness is, the more people attempt to connect to it, the more people wake up to the possibilities. Freeing your own mind helps free the minds of many others as well! By consciously focusing on this connection--this unifying field--we can bring in a new era of peace and harmony!

I have my alarm set for 6:00am EST tomorrow morning. My goal is to devote at least one hour going within my heart, allowing it to expand outward toward infinity to embrace all things, and beginning to create the world of my dreams in my mind's eye. Infinite, Abundant, Divine Source,
We ask this day that you allow each and every one of us to find that information we need to focus the energy of our hearts and minds as a collective so that we may begin to take all the steps necessary to saving ourselves and this beautiful planet. We come now, desiring change, willing to embrace the Divine that resides in all things and allowing it to be reflected back from our own selves. We ARE the change we wish to see in the world. And so it is!

Forty Days of Light: Day Thirty-Nine Meditation

There's a new song arising. It has never before been sung, although it has languished in the hearts of people for generations. It's a song of hope. Of peace. Of freedom. Of forgiveness. Of love. Of joy! It is a song that brings all the feelings and emotions that have ever been felt together and creates something new and inspiring--a song that rises from duality and judgment into Oneness.

It's a brave, new construct--one that could inspire fear. The unknown is often uncomfortable until we get used to it and adjust to the new situation. The feelings of discomfort we have experienced the past few months have all been us trying to adjust to the changing energies around us--this new song.

We are in an expansion process. Allow yourself to hear and BEcome the more complex melodies and harmonies the new song encompasses. Focus on letting go of the limits the old song stuck you with. The music is expanding--expand along with it!

It has not been an easy journey. Too many times we have shut down because the new melodies and harmonies made us uncomfortable. We want to grow--to expand. Guide us toward the new song in ways that help us open up to it and even embrace it. We desire to BEcome that new song. We desire to be One!

Forty Days of Light: Day Thirty-Eight Meditation

In my mind's eye, I see a mighty dam holding back a tremendous amount of water--enough to cover the entire planet. The dam still stands, yet there are cracks beginning to show. The water cannot be contained much longer.

When the floods come it will not be pretty. Many will be killed and swept away by the power of the deluge. Others will manage to swim, just barely keeping their heads above water. The rest will be saved by clinging to those things around them that still float. Inevitably, everyone will be affected by the flood. Life or death depends on what you choose to cling to--the water or those forces of nature that allow you to rise above it.

Listen to this video (with headphones) and listen to the sounds of unblocking and allowing so you will find those things around you that float when the time of the flood occurs.

Open our minds and hearts to the information trying to get our attention in the world around us--the information we typically ignore. Allow this knowledge to penetrate so well that we know who we are and what to BE when this flood of truth sweeps the earth. We do not wish to fight against the flood, but ride with it into a new reality.

Forty Days of Light: Day Thirty-Seven Meditation

Oddly enough, my thoughts are all focused on money as I write this. I am not centered on my personal money per se (although my personal money is affected). I am more cognizant of the spiritual aspects of money and how all that is about to change because of the changing spirituality/frequency of the planet.

Money has been a problem for many people for a long time. We need it to survive. We don't have enough of it. Money is hard to come by. The list goes on. However, this is all about to change. As we finally begin to understand the ways money/finances have been manipulated in our world, the bondage we have been placed in because of money is beginning to fall by the wayside.

Banks, the creators and purveyors of money, are being cleaned up. Their manipulations and trickery to gain even more wealth are being exposed at a rapid rate. Evidence of the deceit is being uncovered and prosecutions have begun--low-level thugs first (but this is the way with law enforcement because the smaller fish usually have info to catch the bigger fish). The proverbial poop is hitting the fan. While I can't say I know where everything is going to fall, I do know one thing: the truth sets us free!

Allow the truth to be uncovered with such rapidity we will be shocked and amazed by all the new information. We know we are all meant for lives of prosperity and abundance. We align with this new frequency and allow it BEcome the new reality in our lives. The truth indeed sets us free!

Forty Days of Light: Day Thirty-Six Meditation

There is a question that runs through my mind today: what is in your heart? I have always believed that people are basically good. Because of this approach to life, I have always been able to see those good qualities that everyone carries around inside them--even when people are judged by the world to be "bad". This practice has allowed me to feel love for people the world has deemed unlovable. Because of love, the people around me respond back in positive ways.

What is in your heart? What you give you also receive. The more you are able to tap into that love, that joy, that peace, the more you are able to BE that in the world. The world will respond back to you in positive ways! Today is the day to focus your creative energies on becoming that higher self that resides in your heart--the self you were created to be! Our utopia is no farther away than the thoughts we allow ourselves to think and act upon.

We have all been granted the power of infinite, unlimited love. Help us continuously remember to think on and act on that power so we may be instruments of love and healing in a broken world. As hearts connect, we BEcome the change we wish to see in the world!

Forty Days of Light: Day Thirty-Five Meditation

As I feel the sorrow and pain over the loss of innocent life--cruelly sacrificed to the world of destruction, I feel led to emphasize that the arguments which come to mind in light of the tragedy are only points of distraction to keep us locked up in the duality mindset. It is not about guns or no guns. It is not about good parenting or bad parenting. It is not even an issue of right or wrong. It is an issue of healing--of rebalancing--our planet! We have allowed ourselves to travel so far down the road of extremes we are perilously close to losing our balance on life and causing enough chaos and confusion to destroy ourselves!

If anything, the precious lives lost in Connecticut and China yesterday should serve as a wake up call to stop all the bickering and fighting and look to ways we can heal ourselves! Come together with your fellow man, and don't let age or race or gender or religion or political ideology or sexual orientation keep you apart! At our cores, we all share so much. We pump the same blood. We breathe the same air. We eat food to sustain ourselves and sleep at night so we can wake up to function again. We all have the same capacity for love, joy, peace and fulfillment. We have so much in common! Why let stupid little things get in the way?

We have been told that you spoke creation into existence and in doing so you allowed for separation when you separated the darkness from the light. We have had our time to explore this space of separation and are grateful for it. We also know how devastating and destructive such a life can be. We now wish to create something new! We desire to re-balance our world into a world no longer full of such extremes--one where all can thrive and come together as One!

Forty Days of Light: Day Thirty-Four Meditation

Today, my thoughts are focused on consciously bringing heaven to earth by connecting to the heavenly realm. We have lived so long in this earthly consciousness it can be difficult to tune in to something different, but it can be done! By sitting in quiet meditation, going within your heart space and then allowing that heart space to expand into infinity, you can become aware of things beyond this earthly dimension. Focus more specifically on connecting to the God consciousness and your guardian angels to give you more insight into your life and who you truly are!

It is time to forge ahead and become one with those higher ideals and more peaceful ways of living! God and the angels already do this! It is time for us to BE our higher selves as well.

Help raise our awareness so much that we can more clearly see, hear and feel your presence in our midst. Help us make the unconscious conscious and the invisible visible so that all those around us are also free to experience heaven on earth.

Forty Days of Light: Day Thirty-Three Meditation

As I consciously tuned in to the energies around me this morning, what I felt could only be described as joy! Consequently, I found a wonderful video when I googled "Ode to Joy" on youtube. Ironically, it is an advertisement for the tourism board of Croatia, but between the music and the imagery I couldn't help but feel it exactly summed up what I was sensing. Young and old, urban and rural, land, sky and sea all radiate a joy that comes from within. This is exactly what is happening in the world today, although it may still be a bit subtle.

The world is at last able to change for the benefit of mankind. Take advantage of these energies by tuning into them and allowing yourself to radiate them back out into the world. The manifestation of joy in our physical world is no further away than our own internal thoughts!

We desire to be so in tune with you that we feel the abundance of joy that is alive in the world. It is by feeling this joy and internalizing it we may be instruments of joy in our own communities. As we BEcome joy, we find ourselves one step closer to healing the planet.

Forty Days of Light: Day Thirty-Two Meditation

We live in a world of rules. Do this. Don't do that. Many of us are terrified to step out of line for fear of punishment. The question we need to ask ourselves is this: do we really need the rules? I hear so many of you now saying, "Of course we need rules! If we didn't have rules, all hell would break loose!" I'm not convinced. You see, I have come to believe that rules are simply a way for those who wish to control others to enslave others. I'm not in total disregard of the rules. I just don't want to be limited by them.

In this lifetime, I have learned that some situations don't fit the rules (no matter how hard you try to make them fit). How do you know when this is true? You know because you are working way too hard. You're tired. You're frustrated. You feel like you're in the bottom of the pit with no way out. Life is not meant to be this way. It is meant to flow. Life is supposed to allow you to use your talents and gifts for the benefit of yourself and the world.

How does this all this relate to the rules? Rules relate to our cognitive minds. Our minds are what retain knowledge of our experiences. It is our minds that tell us not to touch fire or take something that belongs to someone else for fear of the consequences. Our minds are designed to protect us from harmful situations. Rules and laws are those constructs our minds tell us we need to get along in society.

It is only by following the guidance of our hearts--that place inside us where we are connected to God and the Universe--that we become unlimited beings. Our hearts are what guide us to what feels right. Our hearts are places of knowing--psychic, intuitive, spontaneous. When we function from the heart (instead of from the rules/mind), we function from a knowing that benefits both the individual and the whole. There is no need for limiting rules when you function fully from the heart because you do no harm to yourself or others! You are free to be the unlimited and powerful being you were created to be!

Stop following the rules and begin to follow the guidance of perfection--the guidance of the heart!

We desire to understand you and ourselves so completely we are able to fully function from the heart. We know that it is connection to you that enables us to live the unlimited life we were created to live! Open our eyes that we may see all those opportunities which enable us to function from our inner knowing--our hearts--so we may BE our highest selves.

Forty Days of Light: Day Thirty-One Meditation

As I read a wonderful little note written by my brother Kelly on Facebook this morning, a very profound truth came to me. The keys to building the kingdom are already within our grasp, and we don't even have to work hard to bring it to fruition! Gasp! We don't have to work hard to bring about our utopia? How is this possible? The answer is simple: we just have to BE!!!

What do I mean by the statement, "We just have to BE"? Deep inside the core of each of us, there is a beautiful spirit. We all contain light and love and peace and joy, and we are all so much bigger (and much more powerful) than we have allowed ourselves to be to this point. When we are willing to go within and bring out all those brilliant attributes (and BE) and allow others to bring out their own brilliant attributes as well, the kingdom will simply exist! Manifesting the kingdom is merely allowing each and every person to shine the light that already exists inside themselves! It's as simple as that!

But how can we overcome the darkness that is so rampant in the world today, you ask? The answer is simple. We don't have to fight it. When you fight fire with fire, you just get more flames. It is when we focus on manifesting the love, the joy, the peace, the light that lives within that we prosper! By living true to ourselves--by BEing--we are already the light that shines in the darkness. As more people walk into our manifested light, they too understand how to manifest their own light and begin to do it! At some point in the very near future, so many people will be manifesting their light in such powerful ways we will hit critical mass. When that happens, the light will be too bright to hide any longer!

The day of the kingdom is quickly approaching! Join in the dance of BEing!

Forty Days of Light: Day Thirty Meditation

The word that comes to me today is hope! Even though the world is still a pretty messed up place, I see signs of change all over. People are no longer willing to believe everything they see on TV. (This one is monumental in my opinion!) People are looking into more natural methods of keeping themselves well--such as healthy food and natural remedies. Even negative news fills me with hope because I see it as a sign of desperation from those who are trying to hold on to their failing power.

There is a shift--a shift toward light--in progress, and we are it! Continue to embrace the possibilities as you listen to this joyful music made by a simple wooden flute!

Source of all hope,
As we continue to watch the world around us, illuminate us. Help us see the beauty that is being born from the ashes of our old way of thinking--our old way of life. We look forward to leaving behind all those things that have enslaved us in the past and to embracing our new destiny of freedom and abundance!

Forty Days of Light: Day Twenty-Nine Meditation

When I was growing up in a rather spiritually oriented family, we talked in great length about working to establish the kingdom of God on earth. Somehow, I always believed it could exist, even though I knew the many experiments which tried to develop utopian societies usually failed. I knew there had to be more than the sadness, violence and hatred of the world around me. I knew it didn't have to be that way. I believed I could change it.

As I continue on this journey toward the beginning of a new age, I become aware of the kingdom's existence around me. It is still only in thought form, but each and every day seems to bring us closer to its physical manifestation. The kingdom of God is being built on a daily basis--in our thoughts, in our dreams, in our prayers. Every moment brings us closer to this reality.

The kingdom of God lies within. It is up to us to live it--to become it. By living our inner world, we are able to create a new reality.

Source of inspiration,
We hold a vision of the world we wish to exist--a world of joy and love and peace. Help us grasp this inner vision so well we are able to live it. It is by living the vision--becoming the vision--we are able to manifest it in this physical plane. We wish to be a part of the kingdom, and so it will be!

Forty Days of Light: Day Twenty-Eight Meditation

Mother Earth is alive and well, and she calls One and all to manifest their love energy--that feminine energy--that is part of us all. The only way to truly counteract the violence and pain and war in the world is not to produce more pain and war but to be its complete opposite and manifest love in the world.

It is only through our feminine energy we can create this state of peace we so wish to see.

Love has no limits other than those we believe to be in place. Overcome the teachings of separation by recognizing that there is no separation in love. When you look at others, do not define them in terms of race, or religion, or sexual orientation or any other limitation. Those understandings were put into place by those who wish to create chaos and misunderstanding and are not truth. In truth, there is only love.

Help us use our power of love to radiate peace and light and power in the world. Love is the power that overcomes all limits, all separation. To recognize our ability to love is the power to rebalance all those things that destroy us. We are Divine Love in human form. Allow us to manifest this love now and heal the planet. 

Forty Days of Light: Day Twenty-Seven Meditation

Today is a day of listening...to stay quiet and see what new information you can pick up about the changing world. Sometimes, the act of listening seems unimportant--like you're spinning your wheels doing nothing. I would say the art of listening is one of the best ways to get in touch with the world around you. It enables you to become aware and sensitive. It opens you up to information you might otherwise not receive in your normal, busy day-to-day life.

When you hear something new, begin to ask yourself why this is important and how it can be used in your life! The Universe has so many answers for you and will point out all those things that will help you in this journey. The key is to be open to the information! Take time today and just listen! Today's Prayer For Light:
Source of all knowledge,
Open the ears of our hearts, that we may hear the information the Universe wishes to impart to us today. We are open to the mysteries we have spent so long avoiding. Speak to us, that we may be assured where the path of life is leading!

Forty Days of Light: Day Twenty-Six Meditation

Needed a huge amount of head-clearing this morning. Too often I find myself getting wrapped up in what might have been (the past) or what could be (the future) and allowing the thoughts to upset me in one form or another. Listened once again to this one (with earphones). The cool thing is, it immediately put my mind in a much more peaceful, clear-thinking state.

In order to truly enter into a state of peace, one must be focused on the here and now. Looking back can fill you with remorse. Looking forward can fill you with anxiety. When you are focused in the now, everything is perfect. You are alive. You are functioning. The ultimate goal of living in the now is to be--to allow who you are to fully exist in that very moment.

Source of existence,
We offer ourselves this day to be the expression of all we came to be in the world. Somewhere deep inside is perfect knowing and understanding of this being. We are the gift we seek.

You are a healer! You may never have acknowledged it before, but you are! Don't think your gifts lend themselves to healing others? Think again!

Are you a carpenter? Find those ways you can bring shelter and protection to those without. An artist? Use color and form to bring beauty to those around you. An organizer? Use your skills to make sure those people and items are in place to bring necessary services to those in need. Have a great smile? Use it to let others know they are loved! The point is, we all have gifts and talents that can be used to benefit the planet. Don't ever think your gifts are unworthy or unneeded or unnecessary! If we are to heal this mess, all our talents are needed to shift the planet into wholeness!

Source of all healing,
We acknowledge the world is broken, but we also acknowledge we all have gifts and talents that can work to fix it. Help us see where our particular gifts fit in so we may contribute to the healing of mankind and the planet. We wish to become healers in the world.

The tide is turning. There is still nothing concrete for the vast majority of us to hold on to, but along the way are little hints that something is not quite right. Navy captains being mysteriously removed from their posts. The Disney company losing a court battle because of shady deals made. World leaders not showing up for appearances due to illness. Evidence abounds that our world is no longer functioning as it once was--and that's a good thing! Something's got to give, for We the People are no longer in the mood to take it anymore!

As I focus on the shifting tide, I listen to this music with sounds of the sea in the background. Shifting tides are powerful forces of nature, bringing change to everything they touch. Join the flow!

We come to you as part of the ever-changing flow of life. We know it is time to create something new and more balanced. Help us follow the flow and be the change we need in the world.

Forty Days of Light: Day Twenty-Three Meditation

Many days we are so focused on holding ourselves in the light we forget that sometimes we need to help hold others in the light as well. Today is the day to focus on bringing light to others--holding their hands, lifting them up, taking the journey with them! This shift in consciousness is a shift toward the Oneness way of thinking, and we are all included!

This morning, I had the opportunity to sit in the lobby at a doctor's office while I waited for my daughter to finish with her appointment. I realized, sitting there with people with various problems, that I have a tendency to hold my own energy back from the energy of others. It is a protective instinct, done because I can be quite empathic at times. Sometimes, feeling the strong emotions others feel overwhelms me and I naturally pull back from experiencing these extremes myself.

The thing is, the world is hurting--a lot. Closing ourselves to the problems does not allow participation in fixing them. I understood in that moment in the doctor's office that I need to begin to open myself up so that I can be a conduit for healing and peace. Holding myself back benefits no one, including myself.

Listening to this song made me cry, but well worth the listen!

We ask your assistance in opening ourselves up to others so we may be so in tune with them we can be your instruments of peace and love in the world. We know the world is hurting. Help us be that peace, so the world may also become peace. As our song becomes One, we all heal.

Forty Days of Light: Day Twenty-Two Meditation

Today my focus on how we respond to the changing energies of the world. There have been so many days in the past several months when I felt so overwhelmed by the emotional charge on things I wanted to scream, tantrum, and create chaos. I haven't let myself go in any extreme way, but that didn't stop me from wanting to.

My feeling is what is important about these overwhelming feelings is just to accept that you have them. Taking the next step involves asking the Universe exactly what these feelings are attempting to reveal to you. I definitely believe feelings are awarenesses that are trying to reveal themselves to you--sort of a secret language we need to decode in order to access the mysteries of the Universe.

Today I felt led to a meditation using the 936 Hz frequency. Enjoy at home with headphones!

We ask your guidance and wisdom to understand the changing energies of the world so that we may embody the changes that are occurring and use them to function in a much more meaningful way. We choose to be these higher energies now, growing in light and love and power.

Forty Days of Light: Day Twenty-One Meditation

The concept of money is coming to the forefront of my attention today. It isn't that I'm worried about it or need more of it or anything like that. Today is the day for everything we know about money to go flying out the window. It is a concept whose definitions are about to change dramatically because the world is about to change!

Money is about to change because of what it has been for centuries--an instrument of slavery! In reality, money has no value except that which we place on it. Let me repeat that: money has no value in an of itself. It is a totally man-made concept of ascribing value to an object, which is then used to regulate the trade of goods and services. Before the concept of money, if you didn't have what you needed to survive you worked for it yourself or you traded those things you had already worked to acquire for those things you did not have. All hell broke loose when we began to think of money as having value in and of itself because people no longer worked for necessities. They worked to acquire money, which they believed could get them everything they needed. Money was used for evil when people decided there was only a limited supply of it and began to use deceit and corruption in order to gain an advantage. Money is thought to rule the world, and this is where we are today.

The thing is, our old world is breaking down rapidly now. Money is a huge part of that breaking down process. Look at the banking systems of the world. Look at the markets. Look at the debt of governments. We are getting ready for a showdown of epic proportions! Do not be afraid! We have resources we do not understand at present, but they are there nonetheless! We have ourselves and our abilities to do many different things. We have physical resources--food, shelter, clothing, etc. Most importantly, we have each other! When push comes to shove, we are brothers and sisters. The vast majority of us would not let our brothers and sisters suffer so we can have their portion. We would give them some of ours!

This is where the world is evolving to. The concept of money and indebtedness (aka slavery) will no longer be tolerated! The planet is being liberated, and we are being freed! The breaking down of the monetary system is just one more step in the evolution of our planet!

Help us truly understand those things that are important to the big picture--food, clothing, shelter, safety, each other! We know we have everything we need and we trust that we will continue to receive those things as our concepts of money radically change in this time of world growth! Thank you for all the blessings provided to us by Mother Earth and for the great care and compassion you have for each one! We are truly blessed!
